Section 16: Powers to form committee or sub-committee

1) The Board may, form any committee or sub-committee, as per necessity, for the operation of its business. Such a member, as specified by the Board, shall be the coordinator of the committee or sub-committee, as the case may be, so formed.

2) The functions, duties, powers, terms of reference, meeting allowance and procedures of the committee or subcommittee, as the case may be, formed pursuant to sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed by the Board.
