Section 14. Fulfilment of vacancy

If the office of the Chairperson or any member falls vacant prior to the completion of his/her tenure of office, the Government of Nepal shall appoint any person to that vacancy for the remaining period of tenure by fulfilling the procedures as referred to in this Act.
