Section 7: Fund to be allowed repatriation

A license holder entity may repatriate outside Nepal the foreign currencies earned by it by carrying out international financial transactions and the foreign currencies brought in by such entity for the purpose of carrying out international financial transactions.

Provided that no property or capital accrued from any illicit or illegal act shall be allowed to be repatriated.
