Section 24: Existing laws to Prevail

Matters governed by this Act shall be dealt with in accordance with this Act, and matters not dealt with by this Act shall be governed by existing laws related to other international financial transactions.

Note: – Some of the words changed by the Nepal Law Amendment Act, 2063: –
                      “Government of Nepal” instead of “Government of Sri Pacha.”
