Section 71: Providing information or information

¹According to this Act, if any information or information is sought by the court, office or any moneylender in connection with the implementation of the restructuring program of the company or any decision made in relation to insolvency, functioning or financial transactions of the company, the concerned inquiry officer, restructuring manager or liquidator shall immediately give such information or information to the concerned court, office or moneylender.
