Section 20A: Breach of contract

¹Notwithstanding anything contained in the prevailing law, where a court orders the initiation of a civil action in respect of a company pursuant to sub-section (2) of section 10, the company or the liquidator may, with the permission of the court, dissolve such contract if it is found that the liability of the company may be unduly increased in continuation of any contract relating to the supply of goods or services entered into by the company in the past from the date of such order.
