Section 27: Jurisdiction of appeal hearing court

If a case is filed in, and proceeded, heard and adjudicated by, any court in accordance with this Chapter, the court hearing appeals from the orders or judgments passed by that court shall have jurisdiction to proceed, hear and adjudicate appeals, as provided for in law.
