Section 1: Short Title and Commencement

1) This Act may be called the Nepal Chartered Accountants Act, 2053.

2) Sections 29 and 49 of this Act shall be effective from the date of notification in the Nepal Gazette by the Government of Nepal, and other Sections shall come into force immediately.
