Section 36: Termination of restructuring program

1) Where the company has already implemented the restructuring program or the Court, on application by the restructuring manager, makes an order to terminate the program because of the company’s failure to implement it, such program shall terminate.

2) Where the Court issues an order to terminate the restructuring program because of the company’s failure to implement it pursuant to sub-section (1), it shall also issue an order to liquidate such company.
