These\u00a0appointments are made based on the Constitutional Council.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Additionally, Clause (2) specifies that a joint committee, made up of members from\u00a0both Houses of Federal Parliament,\u00a0is responsible for\u00a0carrying out\u00a0the parliamentary\u00a0hearings.
